Bacchetta has been the leader in performance recumbents for over 20 years, with the Aero considered the standard by which all other race recumbents are measured since its introduction in 2002. With countless race wins and multiple RAAM wins and finishes, the Carbon Aero is the most winning recumbent in production. This frame is all-new and now features an easy seat adjustment similar to other bikes from Bacchetta. The new Bacchetta Quattro builds on the Carbon Aero’s legendary performance and features more versatility with the Adroit2 dropout system, allowing a rider to choose 142mm and 148mm thru axle rear wheels. It is also UDH compatible for those that want to run a 1x Gravel or Mountain drivetrain. This performance road bike is now disk-brake-specific featuring internal cable routing and an oversized head tube to accomodate modern forks with a tapered steerer tube (for more strength and better handling). Finally, the geometry has been optimized to accomodate 40mm tires (50mm in back) for use in all riding conditions.

We charge a flat rate of $369 for shipping via freight in the Continental US. UPS shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is also $369, but the bike is not fully assembled. Shipping to Canada is a flat $629, but does not include any duty and fees you may be charged.

The bike comes 99% fully assembled (Hawaii, Alaska and International excluded) - just install the front wheel and adjust the seat/handlebars to your liking. If you order additional parts with the bike, our website may charge you additional shipping.

A final note about ordering bikes on our website: We will always call you after you place your order to discuss your build, make sure all of the options are correct and ensure that it is the right bike for you. If we need to make changes, additions or cancellations, we will happily do that - we want to make sure you are happy with your new bike. We will NEVER just ship out a bike without a conversation.
