We strive to display mockups as accurately as possible. Due to the inconsistencies of computer and phone monitor screens, the color on your screen may not be completely accurate reproduction of the product. When placing your orders, you are acknowledging that and agreeing you will waive any dissatisfaction due to color. 

Due to the nature of hand-bleached or hand-dyed apparel, no two will be exactly alike.

Turn around time is 7-14 business days. Business days are not weekends or days the shop is closed. Once you receive your items, you must notify us within 3 business days if you have a problem.

All orders are final due to the custom nature of each item. No refunds or exchanges will be made unless the item arrived damaged. If an item arrived damaged, a USPS claim can be made to get you a refund for your item. All damaged items must be thoroughly photographed.
