Shipping Policy

We offer Same Day Shipping!

Some exceptions may apply for large or heavy items that require additional costs to ship.
Costs are evident at the top of the listing and throughout the check out process.

All orders purchased before 3PM CST (on Monday to Friday) will be shipped out in the same business day via

USPS Priority Mail Shipping or an equivalent service.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item, simply email info@aubreysappliance.com to request an RA # (return authorization). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

The return period is 30 days from the date the part is received.

Your refund will be the total cost of the item, minus the cost of shipping. If the part is used or shows signs of installation, the refund may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Who pays for the return shipping:

Buyer pays shipping if:

• Incorrect product is purchased.
• Purchase is duplicated in error.
• New appliance is purchased.
• Realized item purchased was not required for the job.
• Item was no longer wanted/needed.

Rabon Services Group LLC pays shipping if:

• Product is damaged.
• Incorrect product is sent (e.g. a washer pump is sent instead of a water valve).
• Item does not work (defective) within 30 days of order date.

It takes 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed from the date the item is delivered to our returns department. Once your refund is processed by our returns department, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank. If you have not received your refund within this time frame, please email info@aubreysappliance.com and a customer service representative will assist you.

This part was previously used and therefore may show signs of cosmetic wear including scratches, scrapes, dings, dents, discoloring, etc. We do our best to provide accurate information and photos regarding the condition of each product, but we may miss small details, so we ask that you look closely at the photos and ask in-depth questions about the item.

Open Box:
This item may have been taken from a brand new machine, but was never used or tampered with, beyond to test its functionality and to uninstall it from the machine. It is not in the original packaging, so there may be cosmetic wear or signs of previous installation.
Otherwise this item may be new from the factory, with some or all of its original packaging, but unsealed and with potential cosmetic defects.
We do our best to provide accurate information and photos regarding the condition of each product, but we may miss small details. Therefore please look closely at the photos before buying.

This product is new from the manufacturer or other retailer and has never been opened (other than sometimes for the purpose of inspection and photographing) and never installed.
